We are living in very uncertain times and I want to highlight that now more than ever we should be taking care of our health, boosting our immune system and avoiding toxic chemicals. These are all things we should be doing every day not just when the entire world is on lockdown while trying to control the spread of COVID-19.

Truth is that there are germs and toxins around us at all times and it is our job to keep ourselves and our families safe. We do this by eating whole foods, eliminating refined sugar, taking supplements, drinking clean filtered water, and eliminating any toxic chemicals (household cleaners, laundry detergent, etc) that come in contact with our bodies because these types of chemicals can weaken the immune system, mess with the respiratory system and increase the rate of childhood asthma.

Stress also weakens the immune system so breathe, meditate and keep your cortisol levels down and your health and wellness high.

Estamos viviendo tiempos muy inciertos y quiero resaltar que ahora más que nunca deberíamos cuidar nuestra salud, estimular nuestro sistema inmunológico y evitar productos químicos tóxicos. Estas son todas las cosas que deberíamos estar haciendo todos los días, no solo cuando todo el mundo está paralizado mientras tratamos de controlar el COVID-19 (corona virus).

La verdad es que hay gérmenes y toxinas a nuestro alrededor en todo momento y es nuestro trabajo mantenernos seguros a nosotros mismos y a nuestras familias. Hacemos esto comiendo alimentos integrales, eliminando el azúcar refinada, tomando suplementos, bebiendo agua limpia y filtrada y eliminando cualquier químico tóxico (limpiadores domésticos, detergente para la ropa, etc.) que entre en contacto con nuestros cuerpos porque este tipo de químicos pueden debilitar el sistema inmunológico. sistema, meterse con el sistema respiratorio y aumentar la tasa de asma infantil.
