Garlic Sesame Noodles

Give this Easy Garlic Sesame Noodle recipe a try any night of the week because who doesn’t love easy and healthy recipes that can be ready in less than 20min?

Bonus Tip: Sesame seeds are rich in essential nutrients, can lower cholesterol levels, reduce blood pressure, balance hormone levels, fight cancer cell growth, and enhance nutrient absorption.

Ingredients

1 package of noodles (or pasta of choice)

1/3 cup Liquid Aminos

3-4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp ground ginger

2 tbsp rice wine vinegar

1 tbsp toasted sesame oil

1 tbsp avocado oil

1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes

1/2  tbsp toasted sesame seeds (more for garnish)

1/3 cup green onions, chopped (more for garnish)

Instructions: Cook pasta per package instructions. While the pasta cooks, mix the sesame sauce ingredients. Drain and rinse the pasta then add in the sauce. Coat noodles evenly

Serve and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds and enjoy!

    Ingredientes

    1 paquete de fideos (o pasta de elección)

    1/3 taza de aminoácidos líquidos

    3-4 dientes de ajo picados

    1 cucharada de jengibre molido

    2 cucharadas de vinagre de vino de arroz

    1 cucharada de aceite de sésamo tostado

    1 cucharada de aceite de aguacate

    1/2 cucharada de hojuelas de pimiento rojo

    1/2 cucharada de semillas de sésamo tostadas (más para decorar)

    1/3 taza de cebolla verde picada (más para decorar)

    Instrucciones: Cocine la pasta según las instrucciones del paquete. Mientras se cocina la pasta, mezcle los ingredientes de la salsa de sésamo. Escurra y enjuague la pasta y luego agregue la salsa. Cubre los fideos de manera uniforme. ¡Sirve y decora con cebollas verdes y semillas de sésamo y disfruta!
