Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

 

Nutrition Tip: chia seeds are high in fiber, plant protein, and omega 3 which helps reduce inflammation and supports brain health.

Enjoy this breakfast or snack recipe and follow for more easy, plant-based recipes!

Ingredients
1/4 unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (more for a sweeter taste)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups non-dairy milk, unsweetened
1/2 cup chia seeds
pinch sea salt

Instructions: Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk to combine. Place in the refrigerator to set 2-4hrs or overnight. Top with seasonal fruit and enjoy!

Ingredientes
1/4 de cacao en polvo sin azúcar
3 cucharadas de jarabe de arce o miel (más para un sabor más dulce)
1/2 cucharadita de canela molida
1/2 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
1 1/2 tazas de leche vegetal, sin azúcar
1/2 taza de semillas de chía
Una pizca de sal

Instrucciones: Agregue todos los ingredientes en un tazón y mezcle para combinar. Coloque en el refrigerador para establecer 2-4 horas o toda la noche. ¡Cubra con fruta de temporada y disfrute!
