Avocado Pesto Pasta

If you love pesto then you must try this Avocado Pesto Pasta. It’s creamy, delicious and packed with healthy ingredients that can help boost the immune system and reduce inflammation. Add the pesto ingredients in a blender and blend away! This Avocado Pesto Pasta is ready in 30min and the entire family is going to love it. 

Ingredients 

1 package uncooked pasta

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped

Juice of 1 large lemon 

1 ripe avocado, peeled, seed removed 

1/3 cup water (add more if needed)

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 large cloves garlic

1 tsp tamari

Salt and pepper to taste 

Instructions

Prepare the uncooked pasta per package instructions. While the pasta cooks, make the pesto. 

Add all the pesto ingredients into a blender and blend on high until soft and creamy. 

Once the pasta is ready, drain and immediately transfer to a mixing bowl. Add the pesto and combine. Taste and adjust, adding more salt if necessary. Serve and top with fresh chopped tomatoes (optional).

Pasta con Pesto de Aguacate

 

Si te encanta el pesto, entonces debes probar esta Pasta con Pesto de Aguacate. Es cremoso, delicioso y está repleto de ingredientes saludables que pueden ayudar a estimular el sistema inmunológico y reducir la inflamación. ¡Agregue los ingredientes del pesto en una licuadora y mezcle! Esta Pasta con Pesto de Aguacate está lista en 30 minutos y a toda la familia le va a encantar.

Ingredientes

1 paquete de pasta cruda

1/4 taza de perejil fresco picado

1/4 taza de hojas de albahaca fresca, picadas

2 cucharadas de cebolletas frescas picadas

Jugo de 1 limón grande

1 aguacate maduro, pelado y sin semilla

1/3 taza de agua (agregue más si es necesario)

1 cucharada de aceite de oliva

2 dientes de ajo grandes

1 cucharadita de tamari

Sal y pimienta para probar

Instrucciones

Prepare la pasta cruda según las instrucciones del paquete. Mientras se cocina la pasta, prepara el pesto.

Agrega todos los ingredientes del pesto en una licuadora y mezcle a fuego alto hasta que estén suaves y cremosos.

Una vez que la pasta esté lista, escurrir y transferir inmediatamente a un tazón. Agrega el pesto y combina. Pruebe y ajuste, agregando más sal si es necesario. Sirva y cubra con tomates frescos picados (opcional).
