Ingredients

 

3/4 cup papaya cubed (seeds and skin removed)

3/4 cup pineapple cubed (skin removed)

1/2 banana

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1/4 cup gluten-free rolled oats

2 tbsp hemp seeds

1 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

 

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high, 20-25 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
