Air Fried Artichoke Hearts

 

Everyone who’s a fan of artichoke hearts is going to love these Air Fryer Artichoke Hearts. A quick-and-easy appetizer or side dish. 

Nutrition tip: Artichokes are high in fiber, and packed with vitamins and minerals like vitamin C, K, folate, phosphorus, and magnesium. They are also a powerful source of antioxidants.

 

Ingredients

1 (14 ounce) can quartered artichoke hearts in water, drained

2 tablespoons olive oil

¼ teaspoon oregano 

¼ teaspoon salt

teaspoon ground black pepper

teaspoon garlic powder

 

Dipping Sauce 

1/3 cup plain dairy-free yogurt 

1-2 garlic cloves, minced 

Juice of ½ lemon 

Salt to taste 

 

Instructions: Preheat the air fryer to 400F. Pat artichoke hearts dry with a paper towel to remove excess water and place in a bowl. Add the olive oil, oregano, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and toss to combine. Place the seasoned artichokes in the air fryer basket and cook for 7 minutes. Shake basket and continue cooking until artichokes begin to brown and edges are crispy, 4-7 more minutes. 

To make the dipping sauce: In a small bowl combine all the ingredients and whisk to combine. Serve with artichokes and enjoy!

Como Preparar Alcachofas En La Freidora de Aire

Air Fried Artichoke Hearts

 

Un aperitivo o merienda saludable, y fácil de hacer.

Consejo de nutrición: las alcachofas tienen un alto contenido de fibra y vitaminas y minerales como la vitamina C, K, ácido fólico, fósforo y magnesio. También son una fuente de antioxidantes.

Ingredientes
1 lata (14 onzas) de corazones de alcachofa en cuartos en agua, escurridos
2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
¼ de cucharadita de orégano
¼ cucharadita de sal
⅛ cucharadita de pimienta negra molida
⅛ cucharadita de ajo en polvo

Salsa de acompañamiento
1/3 taza de yogur natural sin lácteos
1-2 dientes de ajo picados
Jugo de ½ limón
Sal al gusto

Instrucciones: Precaliente la freidora de aire a 400F. Seque los corazones de alcachofa con una toalla de papel para eliminar el exceso de agua y colóquelos en un recipiente. Agregue el resto de los ingredientes y revuelva. Coloque las alcachofas sazonadas en la canasta de la freidora y cocine por 7 minutos. Agite la canasta y continúe cocinando hasta que comiencen a dorarse, de 4 a 7 minutos más.

Para hacer la salsa de yogurt: En un tazón pequeño combine todos los ingredientes y mezcle. ¡Sirve con alcachofas y disfruta!
