You don’t HAVE to keep living in fear, insecurity, and doubt. I struggled with perfectionism and my relationship with food and weight for many years. I worried if I didn’t control my body and myself, I would lose control of my entire life. The facade of control kept me from being the woman I longed to be, and yet I didn’t know how to let go or that freedom was possible. I hit rock bottom, and decided I wanted more in life. As I faced fears and slowly peeled back the layers of who I thought I had to be, the true Karla came through and I learned that you can trust your body.
I learned how to tap into my body’s needs, tune out the outside noise, and be confident in myself. I’m here to help you reconnect with your intuition, develop an intuitive approach to eating and living, and be confident in the woman you are.
My 3-month program
